AllMoments is a platform that enables event organizers to collect photos and videos from event guests through QR code scanning. The Service allows you to create event pages, manage media uploads, approve content, and download collected media. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Guest Content

When guests upload content to your event, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use such content. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and to use guest-uploaded content only as permitted by these Terms.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AllMoments and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Content Moderation

While you have control over approving content uploaded to your events, we reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service may offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, features, and pricing at any time.

Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any defects or errors will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLMOMENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AllMoments operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AllMoments regarding the Service.
